This hotel is great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, especially with the double-glazed soundproofing in the rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location right on the canals is perfect, and the adjoining Beefeater pub with its beer garden overlooking the canal provides a lovely spot to relax. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main attractions, making it ideal for those heading to the football or wanting to take the trams into the city. The staff provide excellent service, and the basic amenities are all taken care of.
All in all, this hotel was okay.

Great staff and clean rooms, two key facts that cannot be overlooked. The location was perfect for our city break, being close to public transport and local attractions. The breakfast was surprisingly good and offered a nice variety of options.
The air conditioning made a terrible noise during the night which made it difficult to sleep. , the bed was uncomfortable and left us with back pain.

The only downside I found was the breakfast, with the bacon being quite fatty. However, overall, this hotel provided a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Situated right on the waterfront, it offers stunning views of the ship canal. Additionally, it is within easy walking distance of the main attractions in the area. Plus, if you're a football fan, there is a nearby beer garden overlooking the canal where you can enjoy a drink before or after the match.
All was well during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the tram stop, making it easy to travel to Manchester city centre. It is also situated close to the Lowry outlet and Lowry Theatre, offering plenty of entertainment options. being right on the canal and waterfront at the redeveloped Quays provides a picturesque view. the rooms are lovely, quiet, and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff are warm and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. the breakfast is varied and the on-site parking is a bonus.
The car park can often be crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find a parking space.

Great central location and lots to see and do nearby. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the friendly staff.
The room was not very clean and there was a strange smell. The bed was uncomfortable and the noise from outside kept us up all night.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right on the canals with a beautiful view and has a tram stop close by, making it easy to explore the area. The adjoining Beefeater pub has a beer garden overlooking the canal, perfect for a relaxing drink. Additionally, there is a waterside path just outside the hotel and a large shopping center nearby.
There were some cleanliness issues, as mentioned in previous reviews.

Perfectly located for a Christmas getaway with easy access to shops, restaurants and entertainment. the hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. the breakfast and dinner options were fantastic, offering great value for money.
The parking was limited and somewhat difficult to navigate, but the alternative transportation options available made up for it. the room decor and furnishings were a bit outdated, but the comfortable beds and overall cleanliness made up for it.
